Peel and deseed 3 avocados. Mash them in a medium-sized bowl until they are smooth and not very lumpy. Stir in the juice from 1½ limes.
In a separate bowl, beat the 4 oz. of room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Add the beaten cream cheese and ⅓ cup of sour cream to the avocado. Beat these ingredients together until combined, but don't overmix.
Lastly, stir in 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. cumin, and ½ tsp. chili flakes. Serve the avocado dip with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
